How do I request designs?

We offer a flexible mode on design requests. The most commonly adopted channel of request via email (offer@throve.co.uk). We are also available to take requests via our social media handles (whatsapp inclusive).

Why can't I simply hire a full-time inhouse designer?

For starters, the annual cost of a full-time UXUI designer now is between ,40000 - 70000 pounds, plus benefits. This is coupled with the reality that you may not always have projects enough to keep them busy at all times. Now, that's less value for your money. With Throve’s monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need, to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have tasks for them. How’s that?

Is there a limit to the number of requests I can make?

Once subscribed to a plan, you can add as many design requests as you want within a month, and they will be delivered in order of entry.

How long does design delivery take?

On average, most requests are completed within 5 days or less. However, more complex projects could take longer.

What programs do you design or develop in?

This is dependent on your request. However, most website design projects are executed on Figma while graphic design works are done with photoshop. We write programming codes or webflow for website development.

What if I don't like the design?

No worries. You can request for a redesign until you're 100% satisfied

What if I only have a single request?

You can always pause your subscription and resume when you have additional design needs.
